FAQs

Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer?

Good question! For starters, the annual cost of a full-time senior-level designer now exceeds $100,000 plus benefits (and good luck finding one available). Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times. In comparison, our DaaS plan costs much less per month, gives you access to an entire team of designers, and gives you the ability to pause or cancel your subscription at anytime.

Is there a limit to how many requests I can make?

You can request as many things as you like, however we only work on one thing at a time. If priorities change, no problem, just let us know and we can pivot to your evolving needs.

How fast will I receive my designs?

We'll deliver the first version of each design request within 48 hours (sometimes faster depending on the asset). Revisions are addressed within 24 hours.

What if I don't like a design?

Iteration is our best friend here at ChimpCheck! With our design subscription, you get unlimited revisions until you're 100% happy with the design. With the fixed monthly rate, you don't have to worry about contract changes or going over budget. Just give us your feedback and we'll take care of the rest.

Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
